Do I really get 100% of my refund? 

Yes. You receive 100% of the bottle deposit refund. We do not take a cut from your return. 

Is there a minimum amount for pick-up? 

We recommend having at least a few bags of containers ready, so the trip is worthwhile – but if you’re unsure, you can still book a pick-up through the app, and we’ll let you know if there are any requirements. 

How long does it take to get my money? 

Your containers are typically counted within 1–2 days. After that, your E-Transfer is sent right away. 

Do I need to sort the containers myself? 

No. Simply place your empties in bags or boxes – our staff will sort and count everything at the depot. 

What if I’m not home during the pick-up time? 

No problem. Just leave your containers in the agreed-upon location (front door, side of house, lobby, etc.). Our driver will collect them, and you’ll still receive your full refund via E-Transfer.
